About Foxrock Fintech: Innovating at the Intersection of Finance and Technology

Our Story & Mission

Dublin Algo Trading Company Ltd (DATC), trading as Foxrock Fintech, is an Irish fintech company specializing in advanced algorithmic trading solutions for the U.S. equity markets. Founded on six years of intensive research, coding, and real-world testing, we have developed a proprietary system called the “Gravitational Market Trading System.” Our journey began with a vision to demystify market complexities and harness the power of technology to deliver superior trading outcomes.

Our mission is to empower professional investors and financial institutions with cutting-edge, AI-driven algorithmic tools that provide a distinct competitive advantage. We are committed to continuous innovation, rigorous research, and maintaining the highest standards of performance and integrity. At Foxrock Fintech, we believe in a lean, technology-first approach, with a core team of developers and quantitative researchers, including our founding CEO, who remains hands-on in coding and system design. All our technology is developed in-house and is wholly owned, ensuring quality and adaptability.

The "Gravitational Market Trading System" Explained

DATC’s cornerstone is our unique “Gravitational Market Trading System,” which draws an analogy between financial market price movements and the gravitational forces observed in celestial bodies. Our internal research indicates that pricing structures (such as liquidity pools, support/resistance levels, Fibonacci retracements, Fair Value Gaps, and other structures) function similarly to galaxies or planetary bodies with “mass” that either attracts or repels price with a gravitational force.

Key insights from this model include understanding how financial markets mirror cosmic systems, the compound gravitational effects of multiple market structure alignments, and the necessity of a multiscale approach to analyze forces across different timeframes. We also consider cross-market influences, such as how bonds and interest rates can exert pressure on equity markets. Our ongoing research focuses on identifying new “celestial bodies” (market structures), quantifying their gravitational pull, identifying powerful alignments, and employing machine learning to refine models and improve trade execution.
